I have zero b pristine pure machine for few years, I regularly renew my service contract and this year I paid rs 6000 to renew the contact for 2 years. On 23rd I started facing problems with my water purified, I reported the matter to the helpline on 25th June complaint number – 246126260. My Cust ID is 21482. My machine is still not repaired and I have talked to the Service managers as well. I am regularly assured that this would be fixed soon and that my complaint is being escalated but at the end of the day I end up purchasing water from outside.
