I have purchased 2 A/c split A/cs (LG)from Rathna Cools P Ltd, T Nagar, on 29 OCT 11, now one of it has developed a technical snag and when called the service personnel they told that the part is not available and when it arrives our stores, we will fix it. This has been going on since 2 months now and there is no solution until now. My invoice # 22146 dtd 29th Oct 2011. Total invoice value RS.57180. Kindly advise the concerned to fix this problem. I have decided to approach the consumer court to claim a new equipment and also compensation to my mental agonies.
