Carrier AC and Apex Service Tie Up

Dear All,
I had purchased Carrier Window AC 2 years ago and started facing issues related to the cooling with few months. The company has tie up with a service firm Apex which is based out of Saki Naka. Each time the servicing was done there were new problems and eventually my AC was out of warranty with almost 2 months of down-time. After the first year, I immediately took up AMC with them since I was doubtful of the product. Within a month, problems started resurfacing & technicians took the AC and claimed the cooling coil was punctured and needed replacement.
They charged me 4500. After 3 months again the same problem occurred and this time they said it is a gas leakage. The company product quality is doubtful but the service is below par owing to tie up with Apex. I am never going in for a Carrier product.
