Network Problem with Vodafone

Sir/ Madam,

Myself Pooja Mathur & i’m having Vodafone connection (9873650032) from last 6 yrs (in total) then i went to Chandigarh & discontinue this connection but from last 16 months having the same connection with same number. I have been facing hell lot of network problem with this company no signal at my home every time I have to come out to attend any call, i had made my complaints several times but no response, but now i have decided to take number portability facility, wanted to convert my number form Vodafone to airtel , but now they are creating lot of trouble for me. Many times i have generated VD code number (portability code) with them after that whenever airtel contact them for the same they rejected due to pending bill or something else , but i had also made extra payment twice but still they are repeating the same thing & making trouble for me , please suggest what should i do.
