Further to my earlier complaint, my husband tried recharging through his credit card number 5546 2329 0674 6044 of Standard Chartered Bank and even that failed, though the amount was deducted from his account and he received a statement from Standard Chartered.I also received a “sudden update” from DishTV over SMS that LifeOK would now be a paid channel at Rs. 25 pm extra!! This when there was NO NOTICE TO THAT EFFECT WHATSOEVER. May I request consumer court and ministry of consumer affairs, along with BCI to ban Dishtv from broadcasting and penalize them heavily for duping customers?
