Wrong billing with false details on the call

I took a postpaid connection from Airtel on 22th of april and it was activated on 25th of april,soon after the activation i called up the customer care and activated the 2G internet pack of 98rupees 1GB download and they confirmed that it is activated and they told i need not renew it every month.first month i got a bill of 332 Rupees which i paid to them but the 2nd month i have got a bill of 4058 Rupees seeing which i am shocked, bill says that i have used 3395 rupees internet charges, when i called up the airtel people they said that internet pack is active when i ask then why the bill shows 3000+ rupees of usage they used to say that they will transfer it to the manager and they used to cut the call. after again again i called them up after 2 days and asked them about the query now the answer was changed they say that i have never activated the internet pack itself.again i am shocked now a person from CC told that he will arrange a call back from manager but i received no call from them again today i asked them about the same and asked why didn’t any manager called me up another person apologied and he as told that he will arrange another call today at 2. i am totally frustrated, i have anal fissures problem for which doctor as advised me not get stressed but this people are stressing me to core and i feel the horrible pain is back again. i need justice. i don’t want anyone to suffer like me because of this telecom people.
