my vodafone no- 8823090841 (bhopal), on 6 july 2012, i made a recharge of 18 rupee, from its website which clearly show it as a ‘bonus card 18’, under which i should have got the benefit of local/std calling for just 40p/min, for 90 days, (as shown in the website), but when i made a std call, i do not got that benefit as, i don’t know how but they deduct 8.34 rupee for 11:04 min talk. when i call the custumer care then they told me that it is an expired plan and i made a worng recharge. my question(complaint) is this that if it is an outdated plan then how the recharge is executed online in my number from the website(even i got a message that ‘your 18 rupee recharge is successful’) , dispite of this they are not ready to refund my amount. please help me, i want to raise the issue so that other people wouldn’t suffer.
