i am having a dell mobile xcd28 . its touch is not working and i had visited to authorised service center (digicom, Nehruplace) last week (Friday). I was told that audit is going on so we can’t service your mobile. now its 8 days and they are still saying that they can’t provide me any solution. Today i have called Dell’s customer service no. 1800-425-4050 and the executive said me that she don’t know hindi. what is this.
Is there anyone who can help me out regarding this poor service from Dell. there is only one authorized center and they are not proving any service.
