Delay in Delivery – Using False aligation saying cylinder was returned due to Non-availability of Consumer

Name of company/service: Bharat Gas Agency, BTM layout, Bangalore

I have booked the Gas (Cylinder refilling ) using the sms service ie; seding message “LPG” to the phone number 57333 on 4th September. The cunsumer number is 15846 and the booking number 3114154.

After waiting for one week , contacted the agency telephonicaly (This is an herculian task due to non availability of staff to pick the phone / or engaged tone). On giving particulars of our booking details, the customer support person says that the cylider was returned the previous day due to the non availability of consumer. This aligation is false since I was waiting just for this gas delivery for the last few days without even going out. Also ours is an Appartment where there will be proper enteries at the security for all such visits by delivery people.

While every other gas service (eg:- Indane ) is found to be more prompt in delivery time, The service of Bharat gas and the above agency is third class. They have corrupt delivery person (Name : Jaganath 9945908415) who always want more tips for delivering the gas. This demand of tips is even more ridiculous as he uses our lift for bringing the gas to our 1st floor appartment.

Please take legal action against these kind of Agencies and delivery team. To day it is more than 15 days since we are waiting for Gas delivery.
