NON WORKING OF NOKIA MOBILE

I purchase a Nokia Mobie 2730 IMEI No-355931045144950 From Gourav Mobile B-44 Raisar Plaza,Indera Bazar,Jaipur (RAJ). But mobile is not working.Presently I serving in Siliguri Town in Border Security Force. Nokia care siliguri told me this mobile One Year Gaurranty Already Expire so They could not repair mobile so I am facing problem. please help me
