This is surender kumar S/o Late ShriRam Sing residence at 19/628 Cosmos Greens Bhiwadi.
On date 17.06.12 we had received a call from unknow person that you have win the following prizes in lucky draw
1. Kitchen Set
2. 6 Day & 7 Night Free Stay
He call us with family to collect the prizes at following address
Shop No. 24, 1st Floor MGF Mega City Mall.They also said that other 19 families are also coming.
When we reached there at above address, we see there is a office. We set there along with my family.
He started saying about my touring plan & past touring experiences with my famity in between they served a cup of coffee. They had expended 3 hrs with my family to conveyance me. In the last i was shown my non interest in there scheme due to my family condition. He ask me for demo his payment system with card swipe machine, during demo they swipe my card. I said why you swiped my card. He said there is no problem, you give me in writing for cancelling the membership, we cancelled it.Immediate I wrote a request for cancelling the same on plan paper.
I ask for a copy of receiving of request,they replied that the sign copy will be dispatch from the head office Hyderabad.After that we have write some email regarding this issue to there customer care, they ask only why are you cancelling. The are saying it is not possible.
We request you to lodge my complaints and return my funds as soon as possible.
Due to there attitude we have Mantle upset & harassed.
This is the totally fraud.
