My AIRCEL number is 9806435207. My account balance has been deduct by Rs. 60/- (Rs. 15/- for MCA Alerts on 01/07/2012 & Rs. 30/- on 02/07/2012 for Dialer Tone & again Rs. 15/- for Video Talkies on 02/07/2012). I didn’t take any service by me that’s all mistake by your system.
I made several complain regarding this to customer care they all said you will get your balance within 8 to 72 hour but till this date I am not getting any refund I fade up with Aircel service Please refund my amount earliest. It was my one & half year old SIM.
