I gave my mobile for servicing lock & unlock key problem on 07/06/2012 and was promised of delivery the very next day. It was returned after nearly two weeks, after calling them almost everyday, without rectifying my problem. As, i was working in office at that time, i asked to father to get my mobile from them. They have damaged my mobile to such an extent that it was not even switching on. They returned it to my father, taking advantage of his ignorance, in this damaged condition, after collecting the service bill from him. I found this out after reaching home from office. When i questioned about that, they sought forgiveness for the mistake and asked me to give the mobile, again with the same promise that they will return it the next day rectifying the damage they did to my mobile. I gave them one week time and since then i am calling them everyday to know the status, only to receive some lies as an answer. I bought my mobile just 1 year back and was in a good condition except for the lock & unlock problem. I am working in BHEL as engineer in purchase department. As they have damaged my mobile, i have lost all my business contacts and was facing lot of problems in my company. I want to sue them for giving false commitments; for cheating me by returning the mobile to my father after causing damage to it, taking advantage of his ignorance; for causing me mental trauma as i had to call them almost everyday begging for my mobile; for not returning it till now giving lame excuses every time. I request you to kindly help me to get compensation for the damage done to me by Poorvika Mobile World.
