We have booked a flat in Noida Ext Amparpali Golf Homes Project(Flat No.A10605). Now we want to cancel the booking because of no updated in Project for the last one year. So when we go to amparpali for cancellation of booking they required NOC so we went to our Broker for NOC. Broker(Unicon) asked for mail confirmation from Builder, but builder refused to give mail. Now what to do?
