I purchased the WHirlpool Fridge on 14June2012 from Saravana Stores, chennai.
I got a delivery on 15Jun2012, and it got damaged. I asked to replace the Fridge and it got approved by Whirlpool Company.
Since then, the Fridge not replaced after my several calls to SARAVANA STORES, WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER CARE, WHIRLPOOL SERVICE CENTRE. They are not properly responding to my call.
I was totally frustrated because of these issues. I think i will get a proper Judgement.
