I would like to report that i had ordered an iPhone 4s from Maniac Store http://www.maniacstore.com/ and today i received the delivery. However, the phone was damaged and had scratches both on the screen as well as the back of case. This was my first purchase from them and i called up and ordered the phone using their customer care. I was told that i need not worry and everything will be fine. I received the delivery from AFL courier service. I gave the cash and asked the guy to wait till i open the box and verify everything. He was a bit hesitant but i remained adamant and did not let him go. I opened the pack in his presence and phone turned out to be damaged. I told him i won’t take the delivery and he got angry and keep saying and i am getting late and this has nothing to do with courier service. I asked him to call his manager and his manager agreed to return my cash. I gave an application regarding the problem i saw to the delivery person.
The first experience with maniac store turned out to be horrible and i would like to suggest avoid getting deals from them.
