false promise and cheating by vodafone

This complaint is on VODAFONE india. myself manojkumar( cel no 8884065065),
In the month of march had taken a corporate CUG postpaid connection from Vodafone. After obtain the postpaid connection in the confirmation call it had been informed to me that, there is 500 MB free usage of data for first 3 months. So I was using the data for some time. But bill amount was Rs 2650 for one month & 850 for next month and as per the generated bill the amount is accounted only for data transfer, that to for 2 G connection. As per the bill the data usage was 400 MB. The credit limit was Rs 800 and there was no intimation about the usage like call from customer care or text message etc., when the amount exceeded Rs 800 . The mobile connection got disconnected long back and when I contacted customer care the issue was not resolved. Without intimating, the connection was blocked and post intimation was also not given from Vodafone service, . On 7/8/2012 I received a Call from Vodafone collection department stating that I have to pay the amount which was reflecting in the statement. I have lodged an complaint regarding this situation on 9 th may [ REF NO:653256589065]. Till today the issue is not resolved and reply got from Vodafone. Meanwhile I received a mail from collection department a ” DEMAND NOTICE DATED: 22.06.2012 for not paying the amount and unable to contact me over the past few days through several means”. but the fact is, from collection department they keep on calling me every alternate day and they have met me in person also.

I have used the data plan as per the information provided by the person who called for verification. Even though it is not my mistake, i am getting unnecessary mind tension. please help he out in this situation.

    no the charges are not valid, i have used as per the confirmation provided for me . why it has not been informed when it crossed my limit.
