not satisfied from the job done by contractor

have taken a plot form the proprietor of M/s Sunil N bhatt and given the land for making a house, myself had applied for loan and approved by SBI,
just after two months of completion and staying at my new house seen that there is leakage in my house at many places,
the builder is not attending the complain, please help me.
