NEED HELP : Regarding my hp Laptop submitted since 09th November 2009

Greeting of the Day !!!
It would be very disappointing for you by getting these kind of mails in your inbox but i am forced to bring this to your kind notice that despite of making a complaint to Managing Director, India ‘’hp – Hewlett-Packard India’’ nobody bothered to resolve my problem till date. This kind of Service experience was never expected from hp, India.
I have purchased a Compaq Laptop Model V-3000 vide S/N : 2CET2030DV on 18th Feb’2009 from HP Sales Dealer. Since i have purchased the Laptop it was giving problem of over heat-up and finally in the month of November 2009 the Laptop got heat-up and Display got blank.
I have submitted my Laptop on 09th November 2009 to ‘’hp – Hewlett-Packard India’’ at there Authorized Service Centre (RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. A-200, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, Delhi.) vide Case ID – J9TS091110.
I have been harassed by the Service Centre by reminding them regularly and making n-number of calls & follow-ups for my Laptop but till date no action has been taken.Till date there is no feedback / revert from your Service Centre regarding the status of my laptop. On 01st Feb’2010 i have written a letter to your Service Head India, HP, Gurgaon regarding the said complaint but again i was disappointed by not getting any revert till date.
I got a communication from Mr.Pankaj Kalra, Country Manager, TCE&Q, hp – Hewlett-Packard India vide his contact number 08527916000 that my Laptop is Repaired and ready for pick-up.
I had visited to RT Outsourcing A-200, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, Delhi on 23rd June’2012 to collect my laptop, it was a painful situation for me to see my laptop as it was made to a worse & pathetic condition and eventhough it was not getting switched on.
I have again informed Mr.Pankaj Kalra to look into the matter but he has no asnswer as informed me now the laptop cannot be repaired further.
I request you to please spare few minutes to take this matter and help me.

    we are facing issue with the service
    from the past two months we are facing service. there are no parts available of your products
    you only know to sell products and not to give service
    especially there are no parts available of your all in one and laptops
    we are authorized retail partner from Mumbai
    Pc Guide lamington road Mumbai
    the work of the mumbai HP team is also very poor
    they only know to sell products and not to give service
    the enduser of the hp products are not getting any help from the service center
    all the replacement are to be handled by us
    we have to mail few people and then the customer gets service
    please reply us ASAP
    so that we can give you the details of the pending replacements

    Sir i am a serving soldier of Indian Army and now im posted in Srinagar J&K , I have a HP laptop that Sr No-CND5190LR1 and Model No- 15/AC047TU date of purchase is 06 Jun 2015 from HP Showroom Neharu place Delhi. Sir when i purchase this Laptop that time i was posted in NSG HQ New Delhi but now i am in Srinagar since Mar 2016 ,My laptop not power ON so that please help me sir. i will go leave on 15 OCT 2016. my brother contact your care center he told 8000+ expence so that please being a Army man please help me.
    I hand over this Laptop to your care centre Begusarai on 15Oct . Sir please repair ans rectify my problem from your support early .

  5. hi i am manoj rawat. and today i went nehru place for but laptop then i bought ho laptop from ho store and they taken 800 rupees of laptop bag, but which person i had attend he said that you will get bag from laptop, but that salesman person did not tell us that it’s chargable. after billing i did not check invoice because i was trust on that salesperson. but i do not know about that your company cheat to with customer. next day i went there and told regarding this that you had charged 800 rupees of free items, everybody know about this that the company give bag free with laptop, but your salesperson was argument with me . he was telling me that whatever do you want i will not refund. talk to anyone. this is a skill your person have. i really get bad service’s by hp outlate store . because (1) your salesperson do not greet the customer
    (2) they do not have good skill’s
    (3) they call the customer (bhai/brother)
    that is a not professnol language. this is showing . your sales person have poor skill’s . go to CROMA store/ reliance digital. there sales person have a good skill’s and knowledge about the product then your sales person who is on outlate store.

    and i am telling you that what is mention in your bill.
    (1) output vat 5%= 1709.52 rupees
    (2)output vat 12.5%=100 rupees
    (3) hp entry level backpack =800

    what a rubbish service’s by you. i want refund the product. (
