wrongly charging

Location/place: delhi

Name of company/service: vodafone telecom

vodafone telecom wrongly charged me with 19000 bill for using 1 gb internet while my plan was also for 1gb internet in 200 rupees and now stating that i have used it over bcoz my bill cycle was for 10 before bill generation and i have exceed my free limit without even telling me what is my bill cycle or anything in relation to it.
