I had recharged my mobile (9304757345)by Rs.27 on 03/07/12 after getting information from only for you offer(151515) that on recharge of Rs.27 I will get a talktime of Rs.300 for reliance to reliance for 30 days. But I did not get the talktime. I talked to the customer service comlaint loging no 198 and the representative told me that I will get the talktime after 24 hrs. After 24 hrs when I did not get the talk time I again called the complaint no and they told me that I had some previous reliance to reliance talktime so I will get the new talktime only after finishing that previous talk time. I dis so but still not recieved the new talk time. I again called the 198 complaint no and they told me that I will get the talktime after 48 hrs. I asked for the complaint no. but they told that since the time limit is 48 hrs so the cant log my complaint before 48 hrs. After 48 hrs I again called them for the same and they told me that I balance is only 50 paise and I need atleast Re.1 balance. I recharged with Rs.20 and again called the 198 no. Now they are saying that this offer was not for my number. And when I asked them that how it was told to me on 151515 no. then they are saying that the that information on 151515 does not mean anything.
Please help me in this reggard. Hope for a positive response from your side.
