Dear Consumer Team,
I have purchase a new LG refrigerator from Lalchand Corporation road no.8 VKIA Jaipur. on 17 May 2012, After the 15 to 20 days It was not working, then had called to shopkeeper as per him he can’t do anything regarding this, then we called to service center of LG on 23 June 2012, (Complaint No. is RNA120623038696) as per them they will send engineer in next 24 hrs but there is not any response from there side. after that we called again & again till 2nd of July 2012, finally we again called to service center & launch complaint again (No. is RNA120703081102)& they again repeat there engineer will be there withing 24 hrs but till date there is no any response from there side, now I am facing lot of problem in business & I am getting mentally disturb.
So this is my humble request to you kindly provide me the best result.
