Company is not giving salary

Name of company/service: Magna Infotech

Hi Sir,
I Am Sreenath,I work in Sonata software company through Magna infotech as contract for 6 month in Banglore with package of 5.16LAC(43000/mnt) ,i work for 17th days (i.e 27/02/12 to 14/03/12) in Sonata software company.But i terminated from Sonata software company ,Sonata software company paid my salary to Magna infotech,but Magna infotech is not giving my salary,i struggle alot to get my salary from Sonata software company,but Magna infotech tell silly reason to give my sal,what i want to do get my salary,please suggest me what i want to do
