I am using Tikona since many years. Last year i moved to my new address, and i requested Tikona to update my address and send someone to remove the modem from my old place. I didnt hear from Tikona, so removed it myself and placed it at my new address. Now the modem has gone faulty and i want to replace it. These guys are least bothered to update my address so that a engg can visit my place to do the needed. Whenever i call the cust care , i am told it will be done in 2hrs, 24hrs, send the email again and all other excuses. Till date, I have sent 4-5 emails and ‘n’ number of calls but nothing has been done. The cust care guys are the worst, they are rude, without intimating you, they just transfer calls between billing department and technical. They dont take either my request for cancelling the service.
