i have bought my q7 phone on 04/08/10 and on 09/08/10 i complaint to the company regarding my product defect first they agree to replace my handset but later on they refuse to change instead they are making various excuse as already on the first tiime when i have contacted them i told them that i do not have the gift case withe me as i have disposed it thinking that the product is defect free so please help me to get it replaced
