I have been waiting for 3 months since product purchase to get a demo at my home

My husband had generously bought me an expensive Morphy Richards coffee machine from Flipkart.com. I have been trying for the past 3 months to get someone from Morphy Richards to come and give me a demo of a coffee maker. No one has come yet. Additionally, everytime I speak with a customer service agent – I get a confirmation saying that a demo will happen that following weekend but no one comes to my house. This is so ridiculous. I want to return this machine and get my money back. I hate this brand, the product manuals are so poor, the service is poorer. I will never recommend Morphy Richards again.
