dear sir,i have purchase a nokia mobile from mobile store kalkaji,delhi on 26 jan 2010. from day first i am facing the hanging problem.some time when i do it switch on it shows faulty display.it shows many colours on display, as it has become defective.battery is not working for more then 1/2 hour.i don’t want any experiment on my mobile.i only want replacement of the product.when i gave a full price of the product then why should i compromise ? so you are requested plz change my mobile phone as soon as u can.otherwise i will go in consumer foram against u. my detail are following:-Model :Nokia 5800
