Hello Sir,
Please be informed that I have booked my Pune to New Delhi flight through Easemytrip which was booked online on 22-06-2012 and paid full amount 7789.00 in advance,when I reached to Pune Airport to catch my flight Kingfisher Airlines didn’t allow me to board in IT-156 saying your ticket has been cancelled by Easemytrip.
But I have a strong objection here i.e. Easemytrip cancelled my ticket without intimating me in prior and left me in big trouble at the last moment.I was totally stunned & surprised and tried to call their Customer Care but their response was highly unsatisfactory.
Its because of their negligence I purchased my Boarding ticket paying approx. 4,000 INR extra at the Kingfisher counter at the last moment to avoid missing my flight.Also after coming back when I am requesting them to refund my money by calling and sending 3-4 E-mails for the same no-body is responding.Therefore please help me to get my money back.
