ZWIPE account Service Fee

Name of company/service: ING Vysya Bank, ZWIPE Account

I have ING Vysya ZWIPE Account. I was been told that if I maintain a quarterly balance of Rupees 25 Thousand, I would not face any Service Fee. In spite of maintaining the balance I have received a message just now of being charged the Service Fee which reflects in the statement as well.
