i bought a telivision set of philips brand from western electronics pashim vihar on that 6,04,2012…..it’s picture quality is bad n show the emages like negative.i complaint them that between 2days they deliver me that now it is perfect…but again it was faulty,again i complaint and they took the t.v to the service center.i called every day after 2 month near they now deliver me that t.v but i has still same fault.i want a solution of this.either they pay me back or return me new t.v. my ph no is:9312853489
