gas not received from 13 days

dear sir,
i hd booked on 17th of july but yet not received gas. my gas conn. no. is 6337 of Bajrangi Gas Agency, Yashoda Nagar, Kanpur . whenever i would like to call they said after 2 or 3 days u got ur cylinder, but we hv not received gas till date.. plz take some action.. this is not happen with me in first time.. the services of Agency is too much Bad..
