I HAD REGISTERED A COMPLAINT ON 28/6/2010 DISSATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED FROM LG FOR REPAIRING OF MY TV.TILL DATE THREE MECHANICS HAVE VISITED MY RESIDENCE. IT TOOK THE THIRD MECHANIC TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND ARRIVE AT THE CONCLUSION THAT THE EHT OF MY 29 INCH TV IS REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED. TILL DATE MY TV HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE EXCUSE IAM RECEIVING NOW IS THAT THE EHT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN LG STOREROOM. THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY OF SUCH HIGH REPUTE. FROM THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE GONE THROUGH I WIL HAVE TO GIVE A SECOND THOUGHT BEFORE BUYING AN LG PRODUCT
