DEAR SIR,I PURCHASED A PHOTON PLUS CONNECTION ONE AND HALF MONTHS BACK REQUESTING FOR 500 PLAN OF 1800 MINUTES IN TATA CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.PERSON IN INCHARGE WAS MR SHAHID FROM PARKSTREET.HE ARRIVED TOOK NECCESARY DOCUMENTS AND ASKED 1200 DONGAL AMOUNT AND 500 RUPEES FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT OF SERVICE TAKEN .I PAID HIM THE AMOUNT THAT DAY AND HE SAID THE SERVICE WILL BE ACTIVATED ITSELF AND HE WILL COME NEXT DAY WITH RECEIPTS AND WILL CHECK CONNECTION THEN.SINCE THEN HE HASN’T COME TO MY RESIDENCE FOR GIVING RECEIPT.I TRUSTED THE COMPANY HOW WOULD I ASSUME THAT DAY HE WILL CHEAT ME WHEN HE HAS COME FROM CENTRE ITSELF.I RECEIVED AN SMS FOR PAYING BILL AMOUNT 891/-.I LODGED MANY COMPLAINTS SINCE THEN BUT TO NO AVAIL.WHEN I ASKED FOR 500 PLAN HOW CAN YOU CHANGE MY PLAN WITHOUT INFORMING ME.I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND BEEN ASSURED FROM THERE REQUEST FOR SERVICE DEACTIVATION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THEM AND BILL WONT BE RAISED TILL THE ISSUE IS SOLVED.WHEN I CHECKED DONGAL IT IS STILL WORKING.IN CUSTOMER CARE THEY ASSURED ME THEY HAVE CHANGED THE PLAN TO 500 ALSO.BEFORE TAKING their CONNECTION I WAS INFORMED JUST A PHONE CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE IS NEEDED TO DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE.I AM CARRYING THIS MATTER FORWARD TO CONSUMER COURT ALSO HOW A REPUTED COMPANY CAN CHEAT INNOCENT PEOPLE.
