I have paid telephone bill for last month by cheque (Checque no 000111, standard Chartered), which i always do every month . but i got a call from Vodafone customer care that your bill is due and i told them i have paid via cheque and they replied that they will check and will get back to me , which they never did and barred my fone and when i reached their outlet , person sitting there said sir you will have to issue another checque as it is lost. but when i said this not my fault , they said i am helpless cant do anything , i will have to issue a new cheque. this is totally not acceptable. my entire work is on phone …and being their mistake , vodafone is giving me mental stress , unnecesary tension , effected my work , wasted my time and above vodafone is never there to help its customers. i would like sue the company for mental harrassment and wasting my precious time
