non operative mini silai machine given and still no reply given by naaptol to make the machine operative

Please refer Naaptol.com order no 272083. I had ordered one Mini Silai machine from Naaptol.com, Order No.272083 Dtd.03/04/2010. It was delivered to me after 19th of April 2010. My problems with Mini Silai Machine and Naaptol are as following:
1. I realised that the product I received is not operative.I had made several complaints on phone to the Naaptol customer care no., but since the delievery till date nor any satisfactory reply neither the solution for the opertaion of the silai machine given to me.
I am really fad up as I had made no less than 15 calls to the customer care and no result has come out.
Kindly help me out as the amount of Rs. 1490/ has been of no use since the machine is not operating properly and the purpose of the sewing not sorted with this silai machine.
