Cheating by Make My Trip

Name of company/service: Make My Trip

I booked Himachal Bliss Tour Package vide ID no. 120612-035740 with Make My Trip. Package Cost included all Hotel taxes as clearly stated on the web site of Make My Trip.However after taking full payment of package cost including service tax from me, they sent hotel coupon wherein it was mentioned that I have to pay service tax at the counter of Hotel. My request to refund service tax I had to pay at Hotel has not been accepted by make My Trip for no legally tenable reason. They are carrying on this fraudulent practice because they think customer will not take the trouble of filing case with Consumer Court for recovery of few hundred rupees.I am writing this to caution all your readers that even well known brands like Make My Trip are cheating customers with imputiny. Please bring this to the notice of all your friends who might be thinking of availing their services
