I bought a Skoda Laura L&K (HR 26 BB 7403) in April 2010. Within one year, the a.c. compressor failed. After innumerable follow up, it was replaced under warranty in May 2011. Now, within a year the a.c compressor has failed yet again. The dealer, Giriraj motors agreed that this qualifies for a free replacement since the new compressor failed within a year of being changed.
I’ve written to Skoda requesting for this free replacement but nobody has bothered to respond. My car is lying at the garage for almost 15 days but there is no clear response from Skoda
