goods lost in courier

This is with reference to 1 courier that we sent from Delhi to Meerut on 22 july 09 with consignment note no- DEL1534040, where in our some important goods are missing from the packet. Total weight of the packet was 2KG but when that packet was received at Meerut, it was found that packet was repacked & when the receiver opened the packet, some goods were not found & weight was also not found proper, what was measured.
