PRIVACY HARASSMENT BY UNWANTED, UNKNOWN , UNAUTHORIZED INCOMING CALLS.

Name of company/service: IDEA CELLULAR

Dear sir,
I am PULKIT KOSHTI mobile number 09575207415 a student of SIMS(Indore) using the IDEA CELLULAR as mine telecom service provider company.And having DND service on my mobile number.And on the date 24-JUNE-2012 I have been harassed by 2 INCOMING CALLS.

So, I called after one of the above the first one.
then before I could understand anything the call was an international one and deduct my balance as 50 Rs per minute.
so sir my questions are,
1. How any unauthorized and unregistered company (company was unauthorized unregistered told by customer care) can call me without my permission?
2. If that company or mobile number user is registered so why there is no any service to take permission before calling me?
3. Most important question is
Why not the NAME , PAN , UID , DRIVING LICENCE NUMBER , VOTER ID , RATION CARD NUMBER , PASSPORT ID’s of calling party is/are not shown with the calling party number?
Sir,
I can name you thousand of people mostly girls who are being harassed by these problems daily.
sir, now i wanted you to give me justice that from future above problems will be under the telecom company services.

    The same problem with me, i have also activated DND long back, not even getting any customer care calls but from below numbers

    +375602605220 & +375602605223.

    But luckily i have read about the numbers that starts with +375 in the recent days so did not answer the call but what if i answer the call when I’m using head phone and without looking at the phone.

    Don’t really know whom to blame on this but this need to be justified.

    Can give my phone number if required.

    I also got a missed call from +375602605220 on
    3rd July at 6:45. I tried to call the number but immediatly disconnected the call before it was connected. Cal
    One thing we should clearly understand that any of our friends or relatives will never give a missed call. Unless we know the number better not to attend or recall any international number.
