2.ASSURED A FREE CARTRIDGE WITH THE PRINTER, LATER KEPT ON DELAYING ON ONEPRETEXT OR THE OTHER. NO EXTRA CARTRIDGE RECEIVED.
3. DELIVERED THE MACHINE WHICH WAS ALREADY UNPACK, USED, MAY BE A DEMONSTRATION PIECE BUT SOLD TO US AS A NEW MACHINE. TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT OF THE COMPANY FALSELY MADE A CLAIM THAT THE MACHINE HAD GIVEN AN OUTPUT OF 850 PAGES WHILE JUST ONE DEMO CARTRIDGE SUPPLIED WITH THE PRINTER CAPABLE OF PRINTING ONLY 100 PAGES (AS CLAIMED BY THE COMPANY CONSIDERING ANOTHER CARTRIDGE BOUGHT BY US COULD PRINT ONLY 200 PAGES AS PER THE COM,PANY CLAIM. BOTH THESE I.E. DEMO CARTRIDGE AND THE ONE BOUGHT BY US COULD HAVE GIVEN ONLY 250 PRINT OUTS. HOW THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT COUNTS THE PRINTS TO BE 850, WHILE COUNTING FROM THE INSTALLED MACHINE.
THIS IMPLIES THAT THE MACHINE SOLD TO US WAS ALREADY IN USE WITH THE DEALER OR THE DEALER MALCIOUSLY SOLD US A MACHHINE WHICH WEAS ALREADY USED BY SOME ONEELSE. HENCE A DEFIECENCY IN SERVICE . MAKING FALSE CLAIMS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MACHINERY. NOT SUPPLYING THE EXTRA CARTRIDGE FREE OF COST HAVING CLAIMED TO DO SO IN THEIR WEBSITE ALSO.
i AM ATTACHING EMAILS, IN WHICH I WAS TRYING TO GET JUSTICE FROM HP CUSTOMER SUPPORT. LASTLY THEY SAID THEY CANN’T DO ANYTHING, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL HP SUPPORT.
LASTLY I GOT A CALL FROM MADAM PUJA PRUTHI, A PERSON FROM TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
SHE HAS ALSO DENIED TO GIVE REPLY IN WRITTEN AND SAID SORRY THAT SHE CANN’T DO ANYTHING.
PLS HELP ME OUT TO GET JUSTICE
