I bought a Videocon D2H six months ago. Company provide six months free subscription of ‘Diamond Package'(@Rs.275.00/month). After six months when the free subscription is over I want to subscribe for ‘Gold Package'(@Rs.150.00/month) company says that you can not go from Diamond Pack to Gold Pack directly. You should subscribe/recharge Rs.250.00 this month(June) , Rs.200.00 next month (July), Rs.175.00 next month (August) , after that you can able to subscribe Gold Pack @Rs.150.00 on the month September .
