With reference to your complaint and verbal discussion over phone with me on 03.09.2009, first of all, I am really sorry for the inconvenience faced by you and your family. At the same time I would like to inform you that, when there is a problem arises in your water filter, as per discussion, neither you called our franchisee office at Bhilai nor our EFL service centre at Raipur, you have called the sales person Mr. K D Sahu, who has left the organisation on 03.12.2008. (But you have written in your 1st complaint that, you have called Mr. Narendra Dewangan).
When you have called Mr. K D Sahu (unathorised person) for servicing your water filter, he has charged you Rs.387/= or Rs.362/= ( both the amount mentioned by you), without any proper money receipt / bill, at that time also you have not contacted our franchisee office or Raipur office, though your water filter is under warranty.
Again, after receiving your complaint, Mr. Narendra Dewangan and Mr. Alok Mishra has visited your place and also changed the candle free of cost.
So, as a gesture of goodwill, I would like to offer you the refund of money (Rs.???), which you have paid to unauthorised person. [ Please tell us the exact amount]. And also requesting you to contact further for servicing, either our franchisee office at Bhilai ( ph. no. 0788-2242044, 4062722) or EFL Service centre at Raipur (0771-2423783).
