Non Refund of Ticket Charges after Cancellation

Dear Sir

We had booked tickets from King Fisher Airline as we are King Club Member. Membership ID – 760164311. The Ticket was booked in the month of Dec 2011 for the dated 20th Jan 2012. Flight IT3169, Air Craft 320, Departure from Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport to Lucknow. Under the name of Mr. Khalil Turk. Ticket no -0902472033590, PNR – HFKSIP. There was some change in plan we changed the dates and then finally we cancelled the ticket on 03rd Feb 2012 for dated 06th Feb 2012. Under Cancellation no. 0900470428188. All applicable charges where paid to King Fisher Airlines via HDFC Credit Card after all the deductions we where suppose to receive Rs 8297 with in 5 days from the cancellation date .i.e. 03rd Feb 2012. But Kingfisher failed to refund the amount. After several follow ups over the phone with customer care numbers and emails to guest care we received partial amount of Rs. 1979 only on 09th March 2012 out of Rs 8297. We are still yet to receive the amount of Rs 6318 from King Fisher Airlines. Till date we are still following up with King Fisher Team via emails to [email protected] but we have not received any reply from the Guest Care. And via phone to Customer Care the executive replies that we are looking in to this matter and will put the request to Guest Care Team and they will investigate the case and revert back

Appreciate if you can help us to get the difference amount of Rs 6318 from King Fisher ASAP
