I have bought samsung M31 phone on 20th July, 2020 through ICICI bank debit card where i was eligible for cashback of 1000 indian rupees.

It has been 6 months i haven’t got it.

I have contacted Samsung customer care multiple times. They were just giving me false promises again and again. They were saying we will give but can’t tell you the exact date. After registering complain and taking continuous follow up for a month on one fine day they sent me Email that I’M NOT ELIGIBLE FOR IT BECAUSE I HAVE MADE PAYMENT THROUGH DEBIT CARD.
I also have pdf file which sent by Samsung support team itself saying CASHBACK IS ELIGIBLE FOR ICICI CREDIT /DEBIT CARD : FULL SWIPE / EMI.
The Harassment done by Samsung team is on another level.
Kindly do something needful for this situation because the company is lying openly and harassing customers like this.
