Payment fraud

I have applied for a new electricity connection to mpeb following it mpeb has issued a demand note of rs. 408217.00 which to be deposited via paytm/one97 communications. I have done as per their guidance and deposited the above amount on 19.12.2020. But since past 6 days they(mpeb and one97 communications) are not conforming the receipt of payment. I have shown them all the bank statements , transaction ID etc.
