I have subscribed for a 50 Mbps unlimited yearly plan by paying 5767.84. One of the customer care representatives named Gautam changed the plan without informing us and vanished after that. He doesn’t answer the calls not respond to the messages. The same thing has happened with other customer care representatives. I have raised multiple complaints about poor network connectivity and speed issues but the tickets were closed without any resolution. Shame on Hathway for looting its customers, no one responds to your complaints. Waste of money. Kindly request you to take action against this fraud company.
