On January 30, 2020 a girl Ms. Devika calling from Theni matrimony to my wife and she impressed my wife telling that she can do all jadhga porutham to my daughter’s marriage. But she is telling to pay 15500 immediately. My wife told it is not possible
only sum amount can be paid as advance and balance will be given after getting
best jadhagam. So, Ms. deviga told my wife to put Rs. 5500/- in the account Ms. jagadeeswari Tamilnadu mercantile bank Theni. She sent account number to my number and amount deposited on March 6, 2020.
The girl from matrimony gave us user id and password to my wife and me through wats app.
There is not contact from theni matrimony and the lady Ms. devika is not responding the calls of my wife. Again we called land line of theni matrimony and got message as the lady Ms. devika was on leave and may she will come later. Hence, one lady sivaranjani told as she will take care of devika’s place.
Because of lock down no calls attended and we also now taking serious. Mean time our user id and password was not working and we are unable to get touch with matrimony. Again on May 19 calling the matrimony the girl sivaranjani taking the phone and telling us she will give new password and user id and her madam (owner) told not to response the calls of us.
What can we do to get our user id and passward for my daughter profile.
I need user id and password against my payment for daughter profile given to them.
