This sravan kumar devarai.6 months ago I gave a complaint on act fibernet with complaint # 2019/121 due to their careless and stubborness in providing connection after paying amount for 6 months . Aftering registering the complaint at consumer forum after 3 to 4 meetings they agreed on providing extra 3 months of internet connection as a penalty if I pay amount for 6months, I did the same as they asked but after 6 months they didn’t provided the penalty of 3 months of internet connection. I have called the actfibernet customer care they are saying that there nothing registered or stated about this penalty of 3 months internet connection in my account.So please take a severe action on them and solve my issue.
