Rs. 49 deducted from balance for some random content Ad click

Hi:

My account balance got deducted by Rs.49 for some random content Ad click, as per Vodafone customer care support staff. I am already on their unlimited plan and how the hell are they charging me for some content click?
The same happened in Nov. too. I want refund of the amount in my main balance.
