I have tried to purchase a mobile phone on 14-06-2019 from the link given below:

I have selected my product and added that into my cart and proceed to payment. It was automatically directed to my Paytm app. I have made the payment using Paytm UPI from my bank account mentioned above. But after completing the payment, I have not got any response from the merchant website. I have contact Paytm. They said to me to contact the merchant but there is no customer support portal on the website.
The time of that transaction was 23:47:54 on 14-06-2019 and the amount deducted of Rs.2500.
I am uploading all the relevant documents and my bank statements.
So, please look into this matter and identify the genuineness of that merchant site and refund my deducted amount as soon as possible.
